We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Test Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement automated tests to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will lead the software quality assurance process within an Agile environment and collaborate closely with development and product teams to establish effective test strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, quality, and continuous improvement in software development processes.

What you’ll do

  • Lead Software Quality Assurance: Drive the QA lifecycle within an Agile framework, ensuring software quality and reliability

  • Develop Test Strategies: Collaborate with development and product teams to establish comprehensive test plans and strategies.

  • Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Enhance and maintain automated Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes for consistent and reliable releases.

  • Automate Testing Processes: Design, develop, and execute automated UI and functional tests to enhance efficiency and coverage..

  • Troubleshoot and Diagnose Issues: Identify, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues within systems under test, contributing to continuous software improvements.

  • Document Testing Procedures: Maintain clear and concise documentation for automated tests and processes.

Your background

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Technical Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or QA Automation Engineer.

    • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Ruby, Groovy).

    • Experience with web application testing and CI/CD processes.

    • Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (e.g., GIT, Jenkins, JIRA).

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.

    • Experience with native mobile app testing, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

We are seeking a passionate Junior AI Researcher to join our growing research and development team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the developing experiments and creation of AI models and solutions that optimize energy consumption and operational efficiency across the world's most critical facilities. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about machine learning, AI, and research methodologies. You will work closely with our senior researchers and data scientists to develop and fine-tune AI models that enhance the performance and sustainability of our A.I.M.I. platform.

What you’ll do

  • AI Experimental Research & Development: Set up, schedule, and execute new AI experiments with the CTO and management team, conduct research on AI and ML techniques relevant to facility automation and resource optimization, and assist in designing, training, and fine-tuning AI models for predictive analytics, energy efficiency, and real-time decision-making.

  • Data Analysis & Model Testing: Collaborate with the CTO and technical team to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights, while supporting the testing of AI models in real-world environments to validate performance and scalability.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and explore new research opportunities, while contributing to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation.

  • Collaboration & Integration: Work with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models into production systems, and collaborate with senior researchers to iterate on model improvements and optimize algorithms for efficiency.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Some experience in machine learning or AI research through academic projects or internships, proficiency in Python or a similar programming language with experience in AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and familiarity with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and deployment workflows is a plus.

  • Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn about cutting-edge AI technologies, good communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
